Time Deffer on Package Tracking Log

Hello SAP,

I am doing lot of testing and we during my investigation i found the there will be time defer on Package Tracking log.

However all Afaria Servers including Relay, CA, SSP on cluster environment has same time zone.

But still we see the difference. Due to this there will be issue in downloading the apps / required apps.

ENV: Afaria 7 SP27

iOS Version : 9.3.2 , 10.3 , 11.3, 11.3.1

Hi VP,

Is this issue consistent for all devices and same packages? Can you eleborate on issue is this causing?

This issue seems to be on all devices, When i checked on the device timezone its correct.

Yes, almost all devices are on same.

Hi VP,

I recommend opening incident with SAP support as the details of the issue/environment has to be investigated in more details.
