Customer project Settlement

Dear All,

i am working in customer projects. Actual cost and revenues r flowing.The RA key to the top WBS Element which is also billing element. I heve done the revenue based result anlaysis.Profit and loss are showing in RA. Now i want to settle the project to CO-PA.

Given settlement rule to top WBS Element and all other lower WBS element have profile not ot settle.if i run settlement CJ88 then nothing is flowing and not any error.

Need solution.

Hi Sukhveer,

Are you incurring cost at lower level WBSe?

If yes, then i think you have to maintain settlement rule at lower level WBS and sender would be the higher level where you are running RA and settlement to PSG.

I have actual costs on lower level WBS element and i've defined in settlement rule TOP wbs .now i've run the settlement cj88 then even its showing nothing but not even error.Need more help?

Actually you have wrritten like lower level WBS has profile not to settle that is quite confusing...

Anyways, check settlement profile and PA transfer whether all cost element group and value fields are maintained or not. And same PA structure shld maintained for settlement profile.

Dear ,

I 've maintain the cost element group of actual cost and actual revenue in PA transfer strature.

And value field is also maintained. After Result amalysis the data of actual cost ,actual revenue

and profit and loss is comming.

But if i run actual settlement no values with no error is comming.

If no error is comming then how can i solve the problem.

Need help of all.

Dear,

i m settleing the lower level WBS Element to top WBS Element which is billing element and result analysis is done for that top wbse .Then i want to settle the top wbse to profibility segement .Then after trying some config steps and defining PA transfer strature settlement of lower level wbse to upper level wbse is going well and accounting document is creating well.And CJI3 report its flowing well.

but in top WBSE the rule is profibility segment.I've done the result analysis and the net value (revenue-actual cost)

is also showing.That value is on the lower level wbse and that only value is going to TOP wbse after settlement.

but now i want to settle this top wbse but its showing no accured cost or revenue.

Is the process i m using is correct or i've to do it by some other method.The RA valuation method is revenue based.

Hi,

Please check the Status of your Project. Try to settle with "TECO" status.

Status of top wnse is TECO BUDG ISBD ACPT AVAC FNBL SETC

and lower level WBSE is TECO BUDG ISBD ACPT AVAC NTUP SETC

same.

Status is ok.

I am dooning with that stasus only.

Something else should be there.
