Relation between symbolic version form and component numbers ?

Hi,

I can check SAP R/3 version by System->Status and I get version info like:

SAP_BASIS 620 0060

But all requirements in official documents uses symbolic version info like 4.0B, 4.5B, ...

So I'm looking for version info (system->status) in the wrong place, or there is some mapping between component number and symbolic version name ?

How do I get symbolic version form of my SAP R/3 system ?

thanks

Vilius

    Hi,

    Someone ?

I realy need this info right now.

My AS SAP_BASIS version is 620.

And requirement to do some actions for SAP R/3 system is 4.0B or higher - so my 620 is below, above v4.0B or ?

    thank you in advance

    Vilius
