Backup Problem via DB13

Hi,

we are not able to take backup of our retail BI production servers via

t-code DB13.when trying to see action logs it show the massage "

SXPG_COMMAND_EXECUTE failed for BRtools ".Error log is :

when I go to sm59,to check TCP/IP connection for Automatically

generated RFC destination for SAPXPG to database host, then connection

status is O.K.

KIndly suggest us for the same issue.

Have you tried to patch Brtools with the latest version?...

Theres quite a few related notes in SMP... most pointing to correction via patch.

hi,

Actually we are using Oracle RAC.

I have checked TCP/IP connection for Automatically generated RFC destination for SAPXPG to database host,

then connection status is O.K. (Suggested by Note 446172), and

background job is also fired successfully.

I don't understand y this happend ??

Try to download and update sapxpg on your kernel directory. then try it again.

You can also check the SAPXPG traces dev_cp and dev_xpg
