SWF Image does not display in Powerpoint until after you run slideshow ...

... seems like a lot of people are having this problem. Does anyone know the answer. I thought Service Pack1 would solve problem. I just downloaded trial version of Engage and am still having the problem (assume this download would have the latest service pack). What's strange is that the samples downloaded directly from Xcelsius site work fine. Why can't I replicate with the program?

This is an effect of PowerPoint and the Shockwave Flash Object ActiveX control that is used by PowerPoint.

Once you have run the slideshow once and then saved the PowerPoint file, then the next time you open that PowerPoint file you will see the SWF image.

This is why the previously built demo ppt's show the SWF image upon opening the file.
