Displaying Characteristics on every row in Report

Hello,

My report is as follows:

Branch Date Amt Qty

100 01/01/2009 5 1

(blank cell) 02/01/2009 12 1

200 01/01/2009 10 1

by default, whenever we execute the report in BW, result is as above as branch 100 has two records for two different. But what I need is following

Branch Date Amt Qty

100 01/01/2009 5 1

100 02/01/2009 12 1

200 01/01/2009 10 1

I need to display specific branch on all cells rather than showing empty cell. This is needed as I am passing this file to some external DB. How it can be achieved? I looked into all properties in Query designer, but could not find anything.

Hi Pankaj,

You were almost there, it is query properties, display...

Do not suppress/ uncheck - hide repeated key values..

Dear Pankaj

Are you showing your report in WAD or Bex Analyzer if you are showing in Bex Analyzer then doing it in the query will do if not then adjust the properties of the analysis object in WAD.

When we excecute the report on Bex Browser, click setting --> tab 'Table' and under Data-Specific setting, we hava option for 'Displaying Repeated Text'. And this is working fine.

But we do not have such option in Query Designer so that I need not have to set this everytime of execute the report. In query Designer properties, we have option 'Repeated KEY values'.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
