Outbound and Inbound delivery in same plant

We have a requirement whereby we want to send stock in plant A sloc B to plant A sloc C using the delivery note process (VL10B)

The material is supplied in to plant A sloc B from external vendors and then we need to 'pick' some of the material quantity received and move it to plant A sloc C.

Can I create an STO to do this?

So an STO is created to pick (move) the stock from A/B to A/C.

There are also requirements to move stock received between storage types in the same plant/sloc. e.g.plant A sloc B storage type ZZ to plant A sloc B storage type XX using VL10B with an STO. Is this possible?

Plant A is HU managed. We do not have EWM, just WM
