Calling Transaction based on user decision

Hi Experts,

I want to call an standard transaction using one more button on the user decision , i have created a method in my custom business objects and used call transaction in the method and have assigned that method in the task. So when i am click on the button the work item is getting deleted but not calling the transaction.

Hi,

Please check if you have the 'advance with dialog' checkbox ticked in the workflow definition step, it's on the details tab.

Also make sure that in the previous step you bind &_WORKITEM.EXECUTEDBYUSER.NAMEWITHLEADINGUS& back to an agent container and use that container as the agent of the follow up dialog steps. It's possible that the agent assigned is not the agent who executes the workitem, for instance due to substitution or execution from SWIA.
