Change Personal Number

In portal ESS is not displaying the button to change the personal number.

Someone knows how can I customize it?

Change to call the webdynpro application FITV_POWL_ASSISTANT.

I'he already assigned the user in the role SAP_FI_TV_WEB_ASSISTANT, but it is not working.

Is there another customizing that I need to do?

I have checked this POWL and found it in Cross-Application Components.

Is it not portal ESS customizing?

I did not found this customizing in TV!

Isn't it a role?

Which release are you using now? Please take note in ABAP Web Dynpro the Change Personnel number functionality is replace by POWL.

Dear All,

To make clear regarding the role which you have mention.

The role SAP_FI_TV_WEB_ASSISTANT should be assigned to a travel asistant. This role will help in creating a Travel Request/Expense Claim on behalf of others in ESS (portal) with the help of 'My Employees' functionality.

I dont understand what are you coming to say by changing personnel number.

Kindly raise a seperate thread to assist you regarding this as the call is already confirmed.
