Solved: EWA report not sent to SAP from solution manager

Hi All,

we have setup EWA alert in such a way that all reports come to Solution manager and reports has to be forwarded to SAP.

the sent to SAP is checked for all PROD systems and the IT admin role is Production in LMDB.

Though the settings are made and SM:EXEC services job runs regularly EWA session reports are not sent to SAP.

can you please help to trouble shoot why the EWA session reports are not sent to SAP.

The session report is not sent even for RED rating.

please guide.

you need to use below KBA or guide to troubleshoot.

Please make sure you have latest version of CCN note applied as well.

Hello Subhashini,

what is your solman system type? can you please check if it is TEST or DEV system at SAP launchpad. You may refer to the pdf document

in Note 993775 and verify this.
