It is like : item level release & task level release.

Perhaps your way of expressing the problem is incorrect. If I guess correctly, you are talking about PR release. In order to make it overall release or item level do the config in SPRO for the PR under Release groups

Hi,

I believe that, you created a Workflow that you want to Transport to QA & PRD, right.

The Workflow Template will store in the Workbench Request and event mapping & the activation will stored in the customizing Request.

While Creating & Activating the workflow itself this will ask for a Transport Request.

Then you have release the both request.

First move Workbench, then customizing Request.

For this process you need to store the workflow template and the related tasks in a workbench request. Now release this workbench request to other systems.

You can also create a customizing reuqest for customizing changes done to the workflow.

Now copy the TR using t-code SCCI.
