connectivity b/w ftp and sap

Please any one can help to out

We have problem that a single user not able to connect from FTP Server to SAP Server. Please help me out how to do the connectivity test method from FTP to SAP Server.

I can't understand what do you want to connect?.... can you please post full info about your issue and environment as per the "Rules of engagement"?
