Dear Experts,
Kindly suggest solution for below problem statement -
Scenario - Business want Employee cost distribution on WBS element without doing activity level planning. Business person will do once in a while activity by assigning person to WBS element(One or different) for specfic time frame then employee will fill time sheet accordingly and cost should be posted to respective receiver.
For more clear understanidng please refer below table for time sheet data -
Do you want to control Plan Costs or Actual Costs?. You mentioned both.
To control Actual Costs you can implement Lean Staffing, it is part of Professional Services activation, it still runs in ECC.
