Stock Transfer

I created two items "A" and "B" both of same item group .

Warehouse InStock

A 01 675 (Tonnes)

B 02 300 (Tonnes)

I need to take 600 Tonnes of B for production from warehouse 02 but i m having only 300 Tonnes, so i m taking 300 Tonnes from A and used for production . Now the InStock of A is 375 Tonnes . After a day i m getting the Item B of 450 Tonnes . Since I had used the 300 Tonnes of A to warehouse 01, i need to transfer the 300 Tonnes of B to A . How to make this transfer ?
