Hi Experts,

In SMQ1 - Outbound Queue, all the queues in CRM are 'READY' Status with Destination as R/3. But when I process the queues manullay they are executed. There are around 1100820 queues to Process.

Could you please help me out how to process the queues automatically.

Queue Names:

R3AUORDER_*

R3AUBUPA*

Number of Entries Displayed: 1571966

Number of Queues Displayed: 1100820.

Thanks in Advance.

Jyothi.

Pls register your ECC detsiantion in SMQS. If destiamtion already exists and have the status U, Pls slect the destiantion and presee registration. When you get popup, just press enter.

Hi Jyothi,

Standard procedure is, register the R/3 RFC destination using SMQS outbound scheduler in CRM.

If its already maintained in your system check the destination type is 'R' or 'U' in SMQS.

R means active or D means deactive.

Hi Bhanu,

Even though the Queues R3AUORDER_* are pointing to R/3 as Destionation. They should not flow to R/3.

Those queues are related to Business Activities.

They are all in READY Status, if I select the queues manually and activate it they are getting processed but there are around

Number of Entries Displayed: 1249875

Number of Queues Displayed: 990,588

So, Please help me how to clear the queues automatically.

Jyothi.

Hi,

Am not sure whether whether I got ur query right. But I believe you dont want R3AD* queues in CRM outbound to go to R/3 and you want to delete those queues in one shot.

If this is the case then got SMQ1 and give the queue name as R3AD* and press F8. Then in the next screen you have a "SelectAll" option. Check the menu bar(whether delete option is also there). Choose the "SelectAll" option so that all the queues are selected and then click on DELETE and all those queue's will get deleted one by one.

Hi Joythi,

Queues get genrated automatically for Activities, even though you process them they just show up in SMW01 but never really flow to ECC.

To reduce the queue traffic you can block them from getting genrated to do so follow ....

got ot SM30,

maintain table VSMW3_00

Short Name: (name of the BDoc to be bloaked)

XML: (A)

Do Not Snd: (Check)

User:(Your Middleware User)

Kindly close your previous thread.....

Hi Jyothi,

When you register RFC destination in SMQS, it will clear all the READY queues. Based on your other configurations data will be updated into ECC.

or else execute the program foreground or background RSQOWKEX to release these queues.
