Create new role for BBPGETVD and BBPUPDVD

Hi! We want to create a new custom role that is able to run transaction BBPGETVD and BBPUPDVD so that we can limit access to a specific group of administrators. However, the system does not seem to recognise these as transactions to be assigned to a role. Does anyone know of a way to achieve the above?

Hi,

Please go to PFCG and Create a new role and enter the decscription. then go to Menu tab there you will find transaction, ente t-codes and generate the role.

Assign the role to user. please check for this role whether profile has been generated or not?

Hi,

You can create a role by using transaction code PFCG and assign these transaction codes BBPGETVD and BBPUPDVD in the menu tab.

After that click on Authorization tab and check the related Objects.
