Indian payroll

hi

I am very new to implementation,,i can try manage other modules,,but iam very weak in payroll..can any one please suggest me about payroll(india),,,the whole process from scratch...till tranfer to FICO...with examples or screen shots if possible..

    IMG steps are

    IMG -> Payroll India -> Reporting for Posting Payroll Results to Accounting -> Activities in the HR System -> Employee Grouping and Symbolic Accounts -> Define Employee Grouping Account Determination

    Define Symbolic Accounts

    Define Posting Characteristics of Wage Types

    Maintain Posting Date for Payroll Periods

    Payroll India -> Reporting for Posting Payroll Results to Accounting -> Activities in the AC System -> Assigning Accounts -> Assign Expense Accounts

    I am Vikrant, Sap HR consultant from Chennai.
