Specification Link with Material

Hello Gurus,

We can see the link to Material from Inside the Specification. Can we do the Vice Versa also, i.e see Specifications linked from Inside of Material?

Something similar to for example we can see link to Material from Documents and Vice Versa also.

Hi Sachin,

You can find a view called EHS data in MM02 of standard system ( ECC 6.0 ), where you can assign Specification to the material.

Hope this solves your issue

Please go to CG02 transaction make the specification , and assign specification to the material Master. If any issue pl tell me

Hi Sachin,

You can do it this way.

- Run MM03

- Enter your material

- Follow the path Environment--->Product Structure.

- It will lead you the the Product Structure, from where you can see the Material structure, along with all other masters like BOM, inspection plan etc what ever linked with the material.

- As a prerequisite, you must have authorization for the trx CC04 to access this activity.

I tried this but I could see nothing like 'specification' related to Material in the Product Structure Browser.

It will defiantly show you the same if there is Material specification will be there for the material.
