Hi,

I am taking the FI certification next week. The course code is C_TFIN52_05...SAP Consultant Certification Solution Consultant Financials - Financial Accounting with mySAP ERP 2005.

Should i even prepare for few topics in Controlling or only FI is enough? If so, what topics in CO?

Hi,

I am currently studying FI.

The new syllabus covers following additional topics:

1. New GL features

2. Asset Accounting

Co is a separate module now so there may not be any CO topics in FI.

Hi Durga,

Recently i completed my certification in ERP Financials. CO module is completely different. There are a few things which will cover in FI module.

Good luck for your exam. please read up to date. otherwise it will be very difficult.

Thanks Mohan. Yeah, there is only one lesson in CO and something in New GL pdf. Thats it.

What kind of qns can i expect on CO? And any qns u remember on New GL and other topics...plzzzz post it...i need them

Hi Durga,

Yes, Solution Manager is a very important topic and it is also tough. I completed my e-learning before i go for the exam. I got some questions from that. So please complete your e-learning before you write the exam. It could be better for you.

The topics which i mentioned earlier is related to normal General Ledger. If the New GL is activated then the CO related things are updated real time. That is the main advantage of New GL. You can learn in your course later.

Don't think much about CO module. There are some activities done at month end. Create Cost elements, Transfer postings from CO to FI. This part is enough at this point of time.

I did not remember the questions. But please be perfect with the SAP material. Questions will come from the book. Understand the concept. No need to remember the whole 3 books. prepare according to weightage.

I dont have enough time..i am giving this week. So i will learn from my husband..hez Basis consultant and knows Soln Manager.

I am very sorry that i could not remember the questions. But in my case i finished e-learning before i go for exam. I got 4 to 5 questions from e-learning.

I was just reading this thread and i am planning to take the certification exams in FICO as well. I am not sure if you mentioned that you had some materials, and when you say.. E-learning did you get materials for practice/studies through SAP...

Please advise as I also need materials to study.
