How can I make FM budget commitment effective from Purchase Order and not Purchase Requisition?

Hello All,

I have a client requirement to make commitment items active only when Purchase Orders are created. Presently commitment items are effective from when Purchase requisitions are saved. How is this possible?

Hi,

You speak not of the commitment items, but of commitments, I reckon. In OF39, you can set up this overriding update profile setting, putting statistical flag for value type '50'.

please find the screen shot hope it will solve your issue.(menu path and configuration area here we need to give activity group from purchase order then system will not check for commitment in pr level )
