Issue with Distribution channel

Former Member

Dear XI experts,

when I try to distribute in the SAP Backend my created distribution channel I get this message

+RFC destination for synchronous communication (message type SYNCH)+

+Partner profile LS M2ECLNT001 SYNCH does not exist+

+Generate partner profile+

+or specify outbound partner profiles for message type SYNCH+

When I try to generate partner profile and add the synch message in the partner profile I still get this message

No messages have been defined for the selection conditions in the model

I have added the Synch in the outbound partner profile and yet cant figure out what is wrong.

I am using message type MATMAS which is existing in SAP standard.

Kindly advice.

THanks

Hi,

>No messages have been defined for the selection conditions in the model

I believe you get this message because you didn't add MATMAS

to your distribution model inside BD64

1. add MATMAS message to your distribution model

2. try to generate the partner profiles only for this model inside bd64

let me know if it works now

BTW

you don't need to use SYNC message to be able to use MATMAS

hi,

you got it for a wrong model then

but if you have it in WE20 then you don't need to generate it in BD64
