Help with changing the requests with zero records to RED.

Hello,

I am loading data through an infopackage to PSA and then use a DTP to load data from PSA to DSO. (BI 7.0)

I am trying to know if there is a way to change the infopackage request in PSA (preferred) OR the DTP request in DSO to RED when there are zero records processed.i.e., an empty load.

The 'Traffic light color of empty requests' menu option in the infopackage doesnt seem to do any good.

Please advise.

Hi,

I would recommend to set this in customizing: TC SPOR --> SAP Business Information Warehouse --> Automated Process --> Set Traffic Light Color

Hi,,

U can do that manually by changing the Status to rEd for Nil Records ..

Go to ur Monitor Scrren,,,and change the technical status to Red...

and Refresh that once..

Yes, it is possible to make it as red even if the load contains ni records.

goto manage option for data target and open the request and make it as red.
