Where to download the templates written in "Usage&Considerations of EVDRE"

Hi,

I am reading the [Usage and Considerations of EVDRE|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/70758bd3-8686-2b10-ea85-cc7c5052fe73] and found the templates documented inside very useful.

However, I'm not able to download those templates from that PDF documentation. Anybody could tell me where I can get those files?
