Hi Experts,
I am facing a problem according to my scenario when I log a complaint by customer contact then as the agent type the BP number then the priority is assigned automaticaly by the identify the customer there are VIP customer and Normal customer.

Hi,
I am not very sure if I understand the question here. But if you are problem is that the priority is getting defaulted then you need to change configuration in SPRO.
