Hi Gurus,
I have a requirement where I have to generate a quota with Time evaluation based on worked hrs with the applicable leave types.
For Example:
Employee has worked 192 hrs in a month he/she is entitled for a quota of 2.5 leaves per month.
Moreover if an employee takes a leave in particular month from the quota he is eligible quota should be generated in the same month.
Like employee has worked 13 days in a month and is on annual vacation for the rest of the month his quota should be generated for 2.5 leaves. However if an employee works for 15 days in a month and is absent without any leave which means no leave is booked by user. The quota should be generated for worked days only i.e 1.25 leaves in that particular month.
Could you please suggest how can we do that....
