Master-Detail Template with Kapsel offline is not available in WEB IDE Full-stack

Hi,

Would like to know if Master-Detail Template with Kapsel offline is not available in WEB-IDE full-stack.

What are other alternative solutions if I want to create a FIORI app with off line capability?
