Hello Gurus

I am facing issue while moving Handling Units of Stock from Blocked Stock to Quality Inspection. I been through many threads and Discussions but didnt get solution yet. Following configurations and scenarios i already checked

1. OMJJ Configuration for movement type and tcode HUMO and VLMOVE

2. Tried in VLMOVE , MIGO , MB1B and HU02

3. Quality Inspection 08 ,01 are active (I Tried deactivating both as well)

4. No Inspection Lot is pending in QA32.

Following errors i am facing while doing VLMOVE for 349 Movement so please check and Suggest as its and urgent scenario.

Check the movement type 349 in OMJJ if it is active for QM.

Dear All

I checked solution as using MB1B with 349 movement stock posting can be done. it created delivery and after TO Creation and confirmation i posted stock to quality.

Now another concern is that 08 Inspection type is activated for material but still inspection lot not generated and we had to create it manually.

Please suggest on this as inspection plan 08 details as below

Hi Varinder,

Have you find any solution for this or is it the standard behaviour? In case of HU managed storage location it does not create any inspection lot of origin '08' even though configuration and Master data are correct.

I tried same SKU's with non HU managed sloc and it does works as expected.

Thanks

Varatha

There seems to be some typo in your customizing

One screenshot shows a movement 349 the error message talks about 394

I am not really used to Hangling Unit management and I am not a QM consultant either, so I have no straight answer. But I searched for OSS notes using the message number HUDIALOG192, which returned 3 notes, the first explains restrictions 445008 - VLMOVE error HUDIALOG192 and the second that I opened as well 2250066 - Error HUDIALOG 192 is raised when assigning a HU to an existing delivery. The third tells about wrong customizing which should be deleted: 1307739 - HUDIALOG 192 during packing despite no warehouse

Unfortunately your question has much to less background to tell which one would be applicable for you.

I further suspect some "inconsistencies", either in the data or in your process, because your initial question had a screenshot with the message that you shall change inspection stock in QM only, which is a quite familiar message in case a material is relevant for QM. Instead of playing with various transactions or trying to inactivate inspection methods you should first have your desired process in mind. There must have been some earlier thoughts about having these inspection methods active in your material. From this point of view a one consultant should not try to remove the work of another consultant just to get his part going through. Instead you need a coordinated solution considering the process.

I know from some other OSS notes (using the search term: QA495 Handling unit) that it is important to know whether the storage location is relevant for Handling Unit management, relevant for WM or not, whether it is a decentralized warehouse.....unfortunately quite many variables that are needed to be known.
