SRM-Menu "Check status" displays only part of the relevant SC

When unsing funktion in SRM-Menu "Check status" the displayed SC are 11 (limited to last year).

In fact the number of SC is 81 when using function "Monitor Shopping Cart" (limited to last year).

Did any one face this issue beforeß what is a solution to show all corresponding SC ?

We use SRM_SERVER 550 (SAPKIBKT09)

Hi,

As per my understanding the shopping carts for which the purchase orders and goods receipts are created will not be displayed for that particular employee.

This can be seen with some who has admin role for monitoring

In SRM rhere are 2 ways of displaying SC:

1) für every employee SRM-Menu "Check status" (Display only employee own SC)

2) für specific user-ids SRM-Menu "Monitor Shopping Cart" (display SC of any user-id)

our employee must see all her SC but she gets only 11 of 81 displayed.

Hi

Go to extended search of check status , fill your desired timeframe or left it blank and tick on

'Including completed shopping carts' . You can see all the shopping carts.

Hi

Have you selected 'All' in status tab ? If not then please select the status as 'All' and then search the same way as described earlier.

Hi Kamel,

Hope you are looking shopping cart which are specific to that user. Still i am not understanding, how you are saying 87 shopping carts ecisted it means you checked earlier and now it is not shwoing. Shopping carts will display only which are created by you.

If you want to see all shopping carts then please assign Administarator role for your self.

Usually any user should be able to show all his/her SC's using "Check status".

Hi Isam,

Monitor shopping cart displays all users shopping carts . You have more than 11 shopping carts per that particular user during that period.

If more than 11 shopping carts per that particular user then i think some thing you are missing. please select " include completed shopping carts".

As i said that particular user has 81 SC.

when using "Monitor Shopping Cart" the displayed SC are 81 (limited to last year).

when using "Check status" the displayed SC are 11 (limited to last year).

But that particular user has only function "Check status" and with this she should be able to display all her SC. She gets only 11 SC although she flags " include completed shopping carts".

Hi

Have the user id ( employ id ) ever deleted between this time period and have restored the same user id

again? Have u reassign this user id in Org structure also?

In this case tick on 'bought on behalf of ' of check status including tick on 'including completed shopping

carts'.

If this does not help then please analyse ( date, status, deleted/approved/rejected etc ) the SCs showing in Monitor SC and those showing in check status. I think details analysis might help u to slove your problem
