Data is not fully loading to payload in SAP PI

Hello Experts,

Currently we are using SAP PI 7.31 Java based and we are sending the text file daily from SAP ECC to third party system via SAP PI using SFTP adapter.

Issue:

I have 26 K records in my text file and send to destination but the receiver is not receiving all records(this is happening sometimes). we check and downloaded the records from SAP PI(Payload), I can see only 21 K records but same file i download from Filezilla total 26 K are exits.

Please help for this.

I am new to PI module.

I am not sure why this issue is coming, I am sure receiver is not receiving all records they are received only 21 K records.

Is this related timeout while processing ?( See the screen shot processing time). Please correct me if i am wrong.

Hi Nagaraju!

Timeout in receiver channel settings defines SFTP connection timeout.

I would try to set file creation mode to "Temporary file" to ensure that receiver wouldn't be able to start reading the file before PI has finished its writing to SFTP resource.

Hi Nagaraju!

First, make sure that PI doesn't start polling the file before it's been completely written by sender system.
