I have to Research/Setup Enterprise support. I gone through the forums/documents

In the scope description document- Found some preconditions.. Till now I understood that the settings are
1. Landscape setting in production system
2.Change Request Management
3. Solman Diagnostics
4. Eearlywatch alert
5.Connection between SAP Solution Manager and SAP
6.Solution Manger Patch Up to date
7.English-speaking counterparts as described in Sections 3.1.1 d)
Could you please check the above steps are ok, If its wrong please modify/provide the correct steps to setup the Enterprise Support. ?.(Pleae provide if we have any other documents/links).
