good day gurus.
i just want to ask this question which puzzles me.
I have a designed a form where the paper size is 550mm x 215mm (lenght x width) as per requirement.
Now, I made that customized size of paper at SPAD. Also, I assigned the said page format on the device type (SAPWIN) which we use. Eventually, the new page format was created so I have used it on the Smartform. When I previed the form, I can see the actual size of the paper I created on SPAD.
However, when I print it already, the printout is broken as if it is printing in a letter size (8.5 x 11 in) of paper. Thus my conclusion is, the page format I created does not take effect when I print eventhough I see it on the form when I preview.
My question now is, how could I make this size of paper (550mm x 215mm) take effect when I print? I am using an Epson LQ-2180 printer..
Hope to hear from you gurus.
Thanks a lot.
thanks
