Time evaluation and payroll integration to check IT2011 & IT2002 for payable days

Hi Experts,

We have an requirement from indian client, they are gonna start using biometric for capturing attendance for first time and now how do we integrate the time events to payroll processing based on their attendance from IT2011 to calculate their payable days. please suggest and give your valuable inputs to configure this? Please respond asap

a) How do we crosscheck the time events in time evaluation into payroll driver, if it needs custom PCR then what to write and where to insert this in time schema and payroll schema.

b) Does it requires timetypes etc to transfer it to ZL table, if yes then please elaborate the configuration points?

Hi,

High level

Your biometric attendance system should result in time in time events being posted to IT2011

In time evaluation you process these time events based on your companies rules, i.e. employees planned time on IT0007 (or substitutions IT2003) and absences IT2001 are compared to actual time clocked and dealt with as per your configured rules.

In terms of interfacing time evaluation results to Payroll this is achieved thru table 'ZL' .

In time you can configure wage type selection rules on table T510S. When processed thru time these create entries on the 'ZL' table.

In Payroll, function IMPRT should load the results from Time cluster B2 and this should result in table 'ZL' being populated with wage types / time from Time evaluation.

Payroll function 'ZLIT' then moves these 'ZL' items to the payroll 'IT' table
