SAP CCtr outbound predictive calls

Good afternoon! Need help, campaigns are not working correctly in predictive mode,
70% of calls are obtained with BUSY status and they are all done within one second

Usually, 20 agents participate during the call, but other departments can start their campaigns and the total number of agents can be very large

For predictive calls, we use the solution from www.sytel.com/

Tech support sytel said to apply to the SAP

We try to setup integration between SAP CC and Sytel PDS.

Could you describe what settings should be done?
