Hi,

You have to create a new pager format and assign that format to the print device.

Regards,

Vamshi.

Yes.. you need to create a new format but they are attached to the Device Type not the Print Device.

Goto SPAD - Full Administration - Device Types - Page formats.

you will get all the page formats currently available.

Use Edit button - Create new page formats. Save it.

then...

Ctrl + F2 or there is a small option that comes on clicking it will ask you the paper size ( height/width) in mm details which you can give acc to requirements and save it.

Use this in printer specification

Thanks alot Sandeep.

But when I have given in print specifications it is saying Format "X_90_132" not defined for printer "LOCL".

Please let me know how to attach the generated format to the print device/type.

hi,

You need to check which device type is being used for printer LOCL. Then in SPAD - full admin you have to goto that device type.. edit it and include the new format type that you have created.

this will include the new format type to the device type of LOCL printer.
