Referenced Characteristics in Inspection Plan not appearing in PLMK

I have an issue wherein whenever we are using MIC Reference Characteristics in Inspection Plan the data is not getting populated in PLMK though it is available in QPMK. Once we break the link in Inspection plan then the value gets populated. Even many of the short text is not pulling in PLMK

The specs and short text are not in PLMK because it is a referenced characteristic. Which means the specs come from the MIC, or the material spec, or the classification data. Not from the inspection plan, recipe or routing.

When you break the link from the referenced MIC, then the system copies in the values from the MIC from QPMK to PLMK and you are free to change them in the task list then.

The short text, search fields, some control indicators, classification, methods, etc. function the similarly.

Thanks for the prompt response. The MIC Name appears please check the upper and lower specification limits as well as short text. In case of reference characteristics these are not getting populated.

Hi Hema,

Could you please check again in your System. In fact, I am able to see the MIC of Ref. Characteristic, able to see in the Table PLMK. Check once the status, validity.. etc, if any thing is causing not to display. Attached below the screen shot with an Ex : YG_MPH.
