You are not permitted to perform this action message 200-30 - while executing FMS and Query

Hello Experts,

I am facing an error while executing FMS on the marketing Document.

The error which I am getting is "you are not permitted to perform this action message 200-30"

This is a weird situation, where FMS on marketing document is not running, Also the when running the query from tools option in the toolbar at that time also it gives the same error.

but when running the query through query manager it gives the output.

The user is a superuser with Professional Licenses.

the SAP version is SAP 9.3 PL04. I have also attached the screenshots for the same.

Requesting you to please suggest what can be done.

Its application error, refer SAP note 2640940 - Users Not Permitted to Execute User Defined Queries

Hi Mr.kothandaraman.nagarajan and Mr.Sheth

I tried to do the steps mentioned here in SAP Note but the problem is that this message is coming for all users other than superuser.The SAP Note is linked to superuser also.

For me as a superuser the Query and FMS is working but not for other users.

Let me know any workaround to this.

Hello anushka,

If this is not working for users except Super uesrs then this will be an issue with authorization. Did u try working on the authorization ??
