Hi Jaipal,

We can look at this problem differently.

U can define a sorting rule in ur batch determiantion procedure. Use TCode CU70 to create a sorting rule ie batches will be sorted based on one characteristic in ascending or descending manner. In this way the material will be removed from the recent batches.

Thanks & Regards

Hi

Check "Batch Deletion Flag - Indicator used to flag all data in a batch at client level for deletion" in Miscellanious Tab in MSC2N.

Dear Jaipal,

One of the solution may be to put deletion flag for the batcheds with zero quantity in MSC2N.

If desired you can activate the same in future.

Check if this solves your problem.

Dear Jaipal,

In Tcode MSC2N --> Basic data 1 --> Miscellaneous --> slect:

Batch deletion Flag: If you want to delete batch data at Client level

DF: If you want to delete the batch data at plant level.

Abhee.
