    Hi,

In Benefit Configuration-Parameter setting(Age,salary, seniority)comes under basic setting is used for all plans coming under a specific benefit area.

This customer-defined, unique grouping of age, salary, and/or seniority ranges, as defined in the associated employee criteria groups.

Parameter groups can be used to determined the value of any of the following variables:

    Cost

    Credit

    Coverage

    Employee contribution

    Employer contribution

This parameter setting details are country specific as well as client specific depends upon client to client within the same country.

    Regards,

    Kapil
