Cost Center field must be in display mode for maintanace orders (IW31)

Hi All,

We are creating maintanace orders by using IW31, here requriement is like this once the order is in released status cost center field must be display mode.

please help me how to make cost center field in display mode.

please send if any badi or user exit.
