We are IS retail implementation with ECC6 SP PACK LEVEL 519

Plant abroad functionality is active.

Invoices are received into MIRO by EDI messages. When the EDI message was reprocessed in ALE setting we got the message

We checked the Forum and only applicable note which states the exact message description is '

831192' however, that note is applicable only till Component 500 (46c to 500) hence not applicable for ECC 6, the code is already part of ECC 6 ( we checked ABAP of the code)

Is the message wrong?

The OSS note only removed one case where the error was issued wrongly, but it did not remove the error message entirely, it is even said in the last sentence: "the system design is changed so that this check is carried out only if a corresponding amount is specified"

I would also suggest to search for SAP notes in the launchpad instead of the community.

M8322 as search term returns 6 OSS notes in the expert search and 4 are newer than your referenced number.

Our apologies for the delayed reply /feedback on your suggestions. We were exploring the options mentioned in your reply.

Launch pad and expert search:

No much luck with the expert search

PANKS :

Our SAP system is not up-to-date and we are not connected with SAP support facility anymore. The PANKS , performance assistance icon is not visible in our error message popup window. To activate that We referred following notes , and it seems a sizable amount of time/ effort investment for the organization at this point 😞

2020356 - Search for SAP Notes in document viewers not possible.pdf

Is there any other way to get any further information?

if you are not connected with SAP then you have to go the hard way and search for OSS notes yourself, I told you that I found 6 using the message number to search for an Exact Match and if they are not relevant for you then you have to open an incident with SAP Support
