hi Amy, you probably solved this issue already, but for those who get this error when downloading and installing...you can resolve the error by changing the Browse dialogue to All Files and then point the installer to the 2nd component. in my case it was this file:
51052529_part2_Crystal_Server_2016_SP5_Windows_64Bit.rar
