SAP Fiori CRM standard apps are unable to start

Hi Experts,

I have Q system, all Fiori relevant settings are transported from D, the two systems are fully identical.

However it is not possible to start standard CRM apps on the Q system, please find the screenshot with the error log.

I've double checked everything, and I still cannot find the cause

Any help appritiated.

Have you run the report /UI5/APP_INDEX_CALCULATE in SE38 on your Q front end system?

Hi Devid,

do the following activities in the quality system

1.activate FIORI App in SICF

2.activate FIORI Odata Service in SICF

3. I can see in your console... sap.cus.crm.lib.resue => this is SICF Service you need to activate.

4. Run below reports in se38

/UI2/INVALIDATE_GLOBAL_CACHES

/UI2/INVALIDATE_CLIENT_CACHES

/UI5/APP_INDEX_CALCULATE

I've tried all these already, and checked all the SICF services but still not working.
