I created a change request through CRM_DNO_MONITOR (business transaction service process).
I assigned a change manager that that was set up through transaction BP, that was assigned a user name through employee.
Now I want to approve the change request and it is blanket out. Already looked at the authorization profiles, had the Z_SOCM_CHANGE_MANAGER assigned.
What do I need to do to get this change request approval functionality active?

I figured it out. I appreciate the quick response though and by itself the answer is helpful. It turns out that the approval drop down is deceiving as it is all managed through the actions. You cannot do anything with the drop down in this case. It sometimes is applicable to other service process transaction types.
