Regarding file format to upload data in transaction ffb4

Hi ,

can anyone tell me the file format to upload data through transaction ffb4 . It is giving error in both excel and text files. it is taking some special characters # because of which it is giving problems.

Hi Amit,

go to the transaction code ffb4 and open the program associated with it, find out the code where they are reading the data from your flat file, then you can easily find out what is the seperator they are using for, use the same seperator in your flat file also it will work.

as of now your mentioned # means it is TAB seperated file.
