Substitution

Hi SAP Gurus,

Pls guide me how to apply substitution in PS, I want to do if i activate the Billing element in WBS then it RA and OH key must come automatcally.

Dear Abhijit

follow the Path

SAP Customizing Implementation Guide>Project System>Structures>Operative Structures>Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)>Maintain Substitutions

Define the following

1. Substitution

2. Applicatn area

3. Callup point

Create

Step 001 (Description as) Activate the Billing element in WBS

Select

Prerequisite:

as

Billing elem. = 'X'

(PRPS-FAKKZ)

and in

Substitution:

RA Key Constant value XXXXX

Overhead key Constant value XXXXX

Check the same by creating a new project..
