Integration of SAP BW with SAP C4C

Hello Experts,

One of my client requirement is to integrate SAP cloud for customer with SAP BW. Integration for the suppose is to extract one of table information from SAP cloud to SAP BW.

I have read many post and link but still I am not able to find correct approaches and steps or what are prerequisite required for BW side so that I can request cloud team to provide me technical information.

Only the information I have collect from several link is that we have ODP connecting tool in SAP BW side which can able to establish connection.

I am not really sure but do we required to follow below steps :

1) Create Communication System - This can be done by creating as a RFC connection.

2) Create Communication Arrangement - Need to check in sap Cloud side I am not really sure but I referred in some link.

3) Once this connection is done then we can create new connection entries in ODP by giving new logical system as a source system and create data source.

Could anyone can suggest me or provide me alternative solution for integration.

HI Saurabh,

Any luck with your issue.. i am looking at doing similar connection (ODP) to get data from C4C to BW. Please let me know if you got answers for your questions..
