Pdf documents

Hi All,

Have a requirement where pdf files are generated through the spool printing using the programme "RSTXPDFT4". Need to check in these files from the temp folder into the content server as soon as they are created. Any suggestions on how to achieve this? Are there any FM for automatic check in of these files on creation.?

All,

I was planning to use the Archive link to store the "CMR bill of lading" documents instead of the DIR. Please advice on the below process.

1) In OAC2: Defined the document type"SDOCMRBOL" and assigned document class "pdf".

2) In OAC3: Created links: Object Type: VTTK, Document Type: SDOCMRBOL, assigned content ID:Z1,

Link-TOA01, Rentention period-833.

3)In OAAD: Tried to "store and assign" the PDF document by selecting the Document Type-SDOCMRBOL, but under the Business Object I cannot find the VTTK and it gives me a warning message.

4) If I try to use the "Object for Service" in VT02N transcation for storing and assigning the pdf file I get the following error."No user defined for service /sap/bc/contentserver"

Am I missing any steps here?
