As you are aware SAP defaults the ship-from jurisdiction maintained on the plant as the point-of-order acceptance, and defaults the ship-to jurisdiction maintained on the customer as the point-of-order origin and determine the tax code accordingly.

For UTXJ, the access sequence is JIND. So go to V/07, select the condition type JIND and click on Accesses. There maintain the table which is having Plant as a selection. Now go to VK11, input UTXJ and execute. You will have one of options as plant.

    thanks

    Dear Farhan,

The same could be achieved by Inserting New Condition Table in to your Access Sequence, assgined to Condition Type - UTXJ in

SPRO --> IMG --> Sales and Distributions --> Basic Functions --> Pricing --> Pricing Control --> Define Condition Types --> Maintain Condition Types

Check the Access Sequence, assigned to your Condition Type - UTXJ.

    Now, Go to -

SPRO --> IMG --> Sales and Distributions --> Basic Functions --> Pricing --> Pricing Control --> Define Condition Table --> Conditions: Allowed fields

Check whether all Relevant Condition Tables (based upon which you want to create Condition record), are available or not. If not -

SPRO --> IMG --> Sales and Distributions --> Basic Functions --> Pricing --> Pricing Control --> Define Condition Table --> Create condition tables

    Now, Go to:

SPRO --> IMG --> Sales and Distributions --> Basic Functions --> Pricing --> Pricing Control --> Define Condition Table --> Define Access Sequences --> Maintain Access Sequences

Select your Access Sequence, as assigned in to Condition Type - UTXJ. Select the Access Sequence and click: Accesses (from left hand Dialog Structure)

Now in Overview Accesses (either change it or Create new); select and click: Fields (from left hand Dialog Structure).

Change/ Insert new Condition Table (as reqd. at the time of Creating Condition record, say in VK11 for UTXJ).

An Example: Say, you want "Plant" as Condition Table in Condition Record for UTXJ

You have to maintain field-entry as:

    Condition-- -Doc.Structure Doc.Field ---Description

    WERKS---- KOMP

    WERKS-----Plant

    Best Regards,

    Amit

Note: Pls revert, for any clearification.

    Hi Farhan,

UTXJ is a output tax condition type. It is used to calculate the taxes for your sales transactions. Taxes would be calculated depending on the departuring region(ie delivery plant region) and the destiny region(i.e customers region where you are sending the goods). If you want to add one more parameter i.e plant you can do. Follow the condition technique for maintaining the condition type and access sequence.

    with regards
