Print Option terminates the SAP Screen in smartforms for a specified user

Dear SAP gurus,

I'm facing one problem in smartforms..
I created one smartform. Output is coming perfectly. If click on print option, it's printing exactly. End-user also trying to take printout with his user id, output is coming perfectly. But when he click on print option, SAP screen is terminating..

Can anyone suggest me how to solve this problem...

Are there any list of spool requests in SP02?

If not,you could check the problem in smartforms;

If yes,i think you should patch for sap gui.
