We have a process to create inbound delivery via ASN process where system used standard programs and FMs to create delivery and also do batch split within delivery. When delivery is created via this ASN process, main item qty reflects as zero. On batch expansion, main qty reflects as zero and batch qty as actual quantity.
If we create inbound delivery via VL31N for purchase order, quantity on main item reflects as actual. On batch expansion, main item quantity as zero and batch qty as actual. This is normal behavior of delivery.
Please help me to get the root cause of issue if someone encountered the same issue at any time.
